What does my Membership include?

~Every month enjoy a little getaway with your choice of a 60-Minute Swedish, Therapeutic, Sports, or Deep Tissue massage and feel like you are on vacation. Members are also able to use their monthly membership credit towards an Ahhh! Massage Signature Facial at no additional cost!

 

What if I wanted more than one massage per month?

~Treat yourself more often with discounted rates exclusively for members. Come in and enjoy savings on massages, facials, body treatments, sauna sessions, and retail!

 

Do I receive any other discounts as a member?

~Sail away with the benefits our membership program offers. Members receive a complimentary scented lotion of their choice and free offers during the month of their birthday. You also receive exclusive discounts on facials, body treatments, sauna sessions, and retail products. Members also receive extra savings on occasional promotional email offers.

 

What if I can’t make it one month?

~If you are unable to make it in for your “vacation” one month, no problem. They roll over! Come enjoy a longer appointment, an extra appointment, or share with a family or friend. Members are permitted to redeem one rollover per month, in addition to the current month’s treatment. Membership credit not used during the respective month rolls over and can be used for 12 months after their month charge date with active membership.

 

Can I bring a family member or friend?

~As a member, bring in your family or friends for discounts! Membership benefits permit guests to receive Individual Membership pricing or may share allotted rollover credit. Guests are only eligible to receive discounted pricing once every 6 months and may only borrow rollovers once every six months.

 

Can I add someone to my Membership?

~Know others in need of a “vacation” once a month? You may add anyone to your membership as a Joint Member. Their membership is discounted to $80 a month and a separate contract is required. Joint Members are eligible for discounted pricing while connected with an active Individual Member.

 

How is my Monthly Membership billed?

~Tailored to fit your needs, bill your monthly “vacation” to a valid credit card on a reoccurring renewal date that works for you. Ahhh! Massage Membership Program requires a valid credit card and email address for participation.

 

Can I cancel my Membership if needed?

~You may cancel your membership after the three (3) month minimum term, just provide written notice thirty (30) days prior to your next billing date. You may also choose to hold your monthly billing up to three (3) months per calendar year. Members not actively billing are not eligible to use membership benefits, including rollovers.
